| ISU Council Meetings April 29 - 30, 2002 |
The Council of the International Skating Union meeting in Lausanne will conduct two days of hearings, April 29 - 30, 2002, continuing the inquiry and disciplinary action commenced at the Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City.
According to the ISU Constitution, all discussions at ISU Council meetings are confidential. No further announcements will be made by the ISU until a decision is reached by the Council on the matters under consideration. All involved parties have been asked to respect the confidentiality of the proceedings until a decision is taken.
The Council meetings are scheduled to conclude on Tuesday, April 30. It is anticipated that a decision of the Council can be announced by Tuesday evening.
