1. SPEED SKATING
a) European Speed Skating Championships 2002
In accordance with Rule 220, paragraph 5, the following countries have the right to enter more than 1 competitor:

b) World Speed Skating Championships 2002
The entry quotas for the World Speed Skating Championships 2002 will be determined by the results in the regional qualifying events 2002, in accordance with Rule 220, paragraph 4.
c) World Junior Speed Skating Championships 2002
The entry quotas for the World Junior Speed Skating Championships 2002 are for each ISU Member 3 Ladies and 3 Men, in accordance with Rule 220, paragraph 7.
d) World Sprint Speed Skating Championships 2002
In accordance with Rule 220, paragraph 6, the following countries have the right to enter more than 2 competitors:

a) World Junior Short Track Speed Skating Championships 2002
The entry quota of the World Junior Short Track Speed Skating Championships 2002 will be determined in accordance with Rule 285, paragraph 2.
b) European Short Track Speed Skating Championships 2002
In accordance with Rule 287, paragraph 2, the following Members may enter more than 2 competitors:

d) World Short Track Speed Skating Relay Championships 2002
The entry quota of the World Short Track Speed Skating Relay Championships 2002 will be determined in accordance with Rule 283, paragraph 2 and Rule 288, paragraph 3.
e) World Short Track Speed Skating Championships 2002
In accordance with Rule 283, paragraph 2, the following Members may enter more than 2 competitors:

The entries for the Four Continents Figure Skating Championships 2002 will be according to Rule 378 paragraph 2d) and Rule 558 paragraph 2d): "The Four Continents Championships will have open entries with each Member entitled to enter up to a maximum of three (3) entries for each event."
